There's still space left in the Compassionate Communication workshop next Monday, August 26. This is to let folks know they can still register.

Thanks very much,

    *COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP*

    Monday, August 26, 9:30am - 4:30pm
    Forbes Hall, Thetis Island

In both our work and our personal lives, we all want to relate to people
with compassion and respect, while not being “pushovers”.
*Nonviolent Communication* (NVC) is a heartfelt way to listen, speak, and
live empathically – with others, and with the many voices and aspects of
    ourselves.

Through structured activities using real situations, you will begin to:
    • Shift from judgments and anger toward those on “the other side” to shared
    understanding
    • Develop self-empathy and take responsibility for your present moment
    • Express your feelings and needs with authenticity and without blame and
    criticism

Workshop fee*:* $90. Includes materials and snacks. Please bring a lunch.
(*We want to make this training accessible to as many people with different
financial resources as possible, while supporting ourselves to continue
sharing this work. If cost is an obstacle, please contact us.)
