Ocean Learn Fest is just around the corner! ThINC is thrilled to offer a week of fun activities for the whole community including:
Day sessions: all are welcome! (except where noted)
ABC's Of Marine Biology, Orienteering, and Art! (Ages 8-13yrs) (Monday and Friday)
Eelgrass study sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Learn to Canoe 3 session package (Tuesday-Thursday)
Shore-Spawning Forage fish exploration
Joy of Birdsong guided walk
Free Evening Sessions: 7:30 pm at Forbes Hall
July 4th: Mission Blue: The life story of Oceanographer Sylvia Earle Film and discussion
July 5th: Eelgrass Ecology with marine biologist Nikki Wright Talk and slide show
July 6th: Rockfish Conservation with marine biologist Andy Lamb Talk and slide show
July 7th: The Joy of Birdsong with ornithologist James Clowater Talk and audio-visual show
