Improve Yourself is a twice-weekly exercise class to help with not only upper body but also balance, stretching and light cardio. This class is for all ages and fitness levels, but our aim is to improve activity for those 50+.

Coffee is always on before and after exercise.

We will be starting up on Monday January 8th from 9:15 to 10:00.

Come with a sense of humour and loose fitting clothes.
