We would like to introduce attendees to some of the beginner steps and routines that are comprised in this very healthy mental and physical exercise. Go to link

You can bring a partner but you do not have to have one; soft shoes and light clothing are advised. Be prepared for a good laugh, we are not terribly serious and most of us are past our "best before" date. However, all ages from mid teens to oldies are very welcome.
