The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Thetis Island Nature Conservancy Society will be held on Saturday October 31 at 3 p.m. by ZOOM virtual meeting. The day before the meeting we'll send you the agenda and the ZOOM link along with information about how to connect in.
From the comfort of your home, join us to find out what ThINC has been up to this year, review our financial statements and participate in the selection of the board of directors. We apologize that we won't be able to provide tea and cookies this year! Two of our long-time directors are retiring (sadly) so we'd love to welcome new board members who are passionate about nature and interested in conservation and stewardship on Thetis Island. If you would like to join the board, please let us know by email before the meeting.
In order to vote, you must be a member (only $20 a year for an adult or family). If you aren't already a member and would like to join or aren't sure if your membership is up-to-date, please contact our membership coordinator Marcie Welsh at marcie.welsh@gmail.com.
