BBQ’d lamb kebab on pita in a nest of greens - with tarator/tzaziki sauce

Persian rice: basmati steamed with sweet and savory spices: tossed with fruit and nuts.

Taboulleh: a lemony bulgur wheat salad with parsley and tomato

Vegetarian option: Oven baked falafel to replace the kebab. 

Dessert : tea/coffee with a variety of delights, including baklava

We would appreciate knowing if you prefer the vegetarian or meat option as well as if you have dietary restrictions.
