Persian rice: basmati steamed with sweet and savory spices: tossed with fruit and nuts.
Taboulleh: a lemony bulgur wheat salad with parsley and tomato
Vegetarian option: Oven baked falafel to replace the kebab.
Dessert : tea/coffee with a variety of delights, including baklava
