SYNOPSIS: Thunderstorms/lightning overnight Wednesday was recorded from Abbotsford north to Whistler, and Lake Cowichan to Bowser but the storms were wet.
Thursday saw the beginning of a drying trend. Humidity is moderate but starting to drop.
OUTLOOK (Friday - Monday): Friday will be very warm, RHs continue downward into the 20% range on Vancouver Island and Fraser areas. Sat, Sun, Mon will trend very warm and dry, with increasing winds and outflow conditions and dropping RHs into the 10-20% range. Mon sees the peak of the outflow winds.
Long range forecasts indicate a return to showers mid week.
