A reminder that the Thetis Island Improvement District will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday August 22^nd, 2020 at the Fire Hall beginning at 11:00 AM

This public meeting is to report on the 2019 operations of the Fire Department, the Improvement District, and whatever other items of business may be raised.

We will follow Provincial guidelines for social distancing and hygiene:

The fire engines will be staged on Mission Road for operational readiness.
Chairs will be spaced a minimum of 2 metres apart in the truck bays and outside on the apron NOT the drill room.
We would really appreciate it if you could RSVP to Anne-Marie Koeppen at: gotoannemarie@hotmail.com by Thursday August 20th if you plan to attend so we can prepare adequately.
No paper copies of the Financial Statements will be available. Please go to: http://www.thetisislandfire.ca/tiid-financial.html to review and/or print copies of those documents as you wish.
Attendees are encouraged to wear a non-medical mask or face covering.
Hand sanitizing stations will be set up.
Appropriate hall surfaces will be sanitized before and after the meeting.
