Dear Thetis Island Neighbours
Please be advised that Capernwray Bible School students will be returning to campus for the Winter/Spring term on Fri, Jan 15 & Sat, Jan 16 travelling by ferry.
Each student before and upon arrival to Thetis Island will have gone through a multi-phase COVID-19 screening process. Students have also been re-educated prior to arrival with regards to respiratory etiquette, frequent & thorough hand washing, physical distancing and use of PPE (primarily mask wearing) in accordance with industry and government standards. Students will participate in weekend classes to specifically re-orient them to the COVID-19 protocols and policies in place on campus. Students will be asked to keep travel off of Thetis Island to essential trips only.
We are practicing an abundance of caution in all areas as the protection of the residents of Thetis Island and Penelakut Island, BC Ferries staff as well as our students and staff is of paramount importance to us.
