On Thursday night, TIRRA sent out an email via mail chimp, notifying all members of a special meeting on October 27th. (This is in addition to the espokes note the next morning.) Because it's a bulk mailing, it may have gone into "Promotions" (if you're on gmail) or some other similar side-track with other servers. Possibly even into spam.
