I am taking deposits now for sides of Thetis grown lamb for the fall.

The lambs are healthy and happily growing fat on spring pasture.
Each side will finish at between 25-30 lbs.
Price is $8/ lb hanging weight plus butchering costs. The cost averages at about $300/ side.
The first lambs will be ready in August or September.
