- Spring Tonic - nurturing broth made with Jollity farmed and Thetis foraged spring ingredients. Packed with energy!
- Chocolate Beet Cake - one of our favourite family recipes.
- Jolly Sauce - our version of a Yeshi-type nutritional yeast based dressing. Lots of B-vitamins and so yummy on your salad.
- Kale Chips - coconut curry
- Kombucha on tap - Rhubarb Pie (made with fresh local rhubarb and organic vanilla powder) & Kiwi Colada
- Pastries - baking croissants & pain au chocolat this week
- Local ice cream - the regular flavours plus a few pints of the spring feature flavour - Honeycomb!
- Bulk BYOB coffee beans - freshly roasted, 3 of our favourite Drumroaster varieties. Say goodbye to waste and bring a jar or glass bottle.
