9:00 - 11:00 am: Harvest Hours at the PAG, Lot 62 North Cove Road (all ages)
Drop by the People’s Apothecary Garden anytime between 9:00 - 11:00 to take a wander, harvest some herbs, and learn about the PAG's 40 + medicinal plants. Today we will (hopefully) be finishing up our path widening project! If you are keen to give us a hand, we won't argue :)

2:00 pm start: Fibre Processing Demonstration with Emily McIvor and community members at the Nature House (all ages)
Ever wondered how sheep’s wool becomes a beautiful garment? Come see the step by step process at the Nature House! Starting from raw wool, we will have a hands-on demonstration to see how it is cleaned, carded, spun, and dyed; and then how it is knitted or woven into garments or fabric. Come see this intricate process to appreciate the work that goes into making textiles, and to see the freshly shorn sheep!

7:00 pm start: Doc & Talk - Creating Permaculture Food Forests at the Nature House (adult)
Today we will be showing the video Amazing 23-Year-Old Permaculture Food Forest, the video shows a transformative forest which the couple uses to produce food. After the showing, we will discuss their impact on their community and the environment and possible applications for Thetis.
