So, many fresh green coloured things for spring!

From the Thetis Island Farm Co-operative, prepared in the wonderful Forbes Hall kitchen:

•           Forest Nettle Pumpkin Pesto (cheesy and vegan)

•           Green Caesar (wait till you see the colour!)

•           Pumpkin Carrot Orange Muffins (hand pressed fresh OJ and zest with Jollity produce)

*made with Jollity produce, free range eggs and organic ingredients.

Plus:

Kalettes

Salad

Carrots

Kale

Spring onion

On the Kombucha tap this week:

Elderflower Rose

Mango Turmeric Vanilla

(lined up next is Botanical Pear)

Annuals & Perennials:

Pansies, Sweet Peas, Nasturtiums

+ some beautiful Hellebores, Heather and other spring flowers and foliage

We've started stocking the cooler shelves of our friends over at Thetis Island Marina with: Jollity Salads - Cowichan Milk - Free Range Eggs - Tree Island Yogurt (a sample of their plant-based yogurt may still be there) - (let them or us know, if there are other things you'd like to purchase when picking up your mail etc.)
