1. Debt Reduction and Loan Repayment Update
2. Special Project Funding: can the debt be reduced as interest in new projects builds?
3. Membership: discussion of projected changes, building the capital fund.
4. Health Services: review of services provided at Forbes Hall.
5. Emergency Services: emergency plan for the Hall, and emergencies services offered at the hall.
6. Volunteering: new teams, and sustainable ongoing care for the gardens and grounds.
