Thurs-Fri: A building ridge moves into the southern portion of the province. Sunny and warm conditions return. As the ridge strengthens it blocks any potential moisture or cooler air. Overall, light to moderate SW inflow winds on the mainland.
Sat-Mon: Ridge remains for Saturday and Sunday, with above seasonal temperatures. RH values will drop, with the Pemberton and Fraser zones seeing the biggest impact. Late Sunday and into Monday the ridge starts to slide east, temperatures will dip, and RH values will recover. Monday brings potential development of thunderstorms. A risk of lightning is predicted along the eastern border of the Fraser Zone.
