Thurs-Fri: A ridge of high pressure offshore and wrapping itself into the NE portion of the province will keep temperatures seasonal or higher for the next couple of days. A steady flow of short-wave trough of low pressure will create thunderstorm activity. Storms are expected Friday afternoon and into the overnight period. Unstable conditions persist through the weekend with storms expected in parts of the Coastal Fire Centre each afternoon/evening.
Sat-Mon: Return to seasonal temperatures. The thermal trough should break down and move out of the fire centre Saturday afternoon, return to a SW flow with some stronger gusts expected both Saturday and Sunday.
