BLUE COTTAGE BREAD is baking this weekend!

Sunday:

FLAX SUNFLOWER SEED sandwich loaf - yeast leavened (this will keep you regular)

FOCCACIA BREAD with fresh rosemary, garlic scape, chive, basil pesto, flakey maldon sea salt

Monday: 

the CLAM BAY BATARD SOURDOUGH- slow cold fermented-sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, whole wheat, 7 grains and a touch of rye.
