Join us this Saturday to get the Hall and grounds ready for both the Celebration Event and for summer!
Work starts at 9:30, it’s okay if you come a bit later.
A light lunch has been planned to thank the wonderful volunteers who step up to help.
Here’s an equipment list that may be helpful: gloves, secateurs, shovels, trowels, wheelbarrows (we have 1, a couple more would be great), rakes, an extra weed eater and appropriate safety gear.
Saturday’s Job List:
- Weeding and Gardening: lots of small areas to be worked on.
- Sports Court perimeter.
- Take down screens, wipe clean, replace after windows are done.
- Window Washing: wash windows inside and out. All equipment and training will be provided.
- Wiping down of all windowsills, inside and out.
- Beverage Station: clean all drawers, cupboards and shelves. Sort items when restocking.
- Plateau area by parking: weed-eat area.
