Tickets
Please remember to bring your tickets for entry and to be included in the door prize draws!
Parking
Parking will be off-site, please use Mission Road, both sides, without impeding any access to the fire department, including first responder parking. Additionally, there is parking at the school.
For those with mobility issues, or those with young families, you will be notified that there is space for you on-site. If we missed you, please speak with Tony Smith at the gate for special access. There will be many people, including children at this event, please drive carefully and park in the main parking areas without impeding the fire lane (do not use the exit driveway spots).
Weather
As the weather looks like it will be in our favour, the event will be held outdoors. Please remember to bring a sweater or wrap for the evening as it is forecasted to be mild/cool.
Recycling/Refuse
During the event, please use the Recycling – Refuse Station to keep the site clean, while caring for the environment at the same time.
Phones and Cameras
We’d love some photos of the event! Please take photos and forward those you’d like to share for the Quarterly or for use in other ways by TICA, toinfo@forbeshall.ca
Bar Tickets
Bar tickets are $5 per drink, so if you’d like to enjoy, remember to bring some cash. All foods and soft beverages are included in admission.
