Beef Cheek Confit with Ratatouille
- Decadent, melt-in-your-mouth beef cheeks slow-cooked overnight in aromatic fats and fresh herbs. Served over a classic, rich French ratatouille of stewed eggplant, zucchini, vine-ripened tomatoes, and sweet bell peppers, finished with its own glossy reduction.

Mango Sorbet
- A vibrant mango sorbet offering a silky, sweet, and tropical finish.
