Fire Hazard Rating Lowered to Moderate

The fire hazard rating has been lowered to MODERATE risk of wildfire. Early Shift restrictions have been lifted.

No yard waste fires are allowed.

Please remember that both bush fires in May on Thetis occurred during MODERATE risk, so be vigilant with your forest activities and campfires.

Thank you.

Telegraph Farm Chicken Available

We will have another batch of pasture raised, Thetis Island chickens ready for purchase and pick-up on June 18th! If you ordered last month, you know these are lovely, local birds and they sold out quickly last time. They are $6/pound and they are healthy birds who have been thoroughly enjoying the warm weather and green grass, so we expect them to be between $20-32 per chicken.

Please email, text or Whatsapp Brianna to order your chicken this month. We accept orders of any size. :)

Getting tired of dragging extension cords out to the back 40 and I don’t really want to get into batteries, so I’m looking to go the old fashioned route. Cash or trade.   Thanks.
