Quarterly Deadline ~ November 5th

It's that time again - we're starting to work on the Winter edition of the Quarterly, so please send in any stories, articles, notices, pictures, ads - whatever, by November 5th.

If the date is a problem, contact Carol about it - we might be able to fudge a little.

Please send everything to quarterly@thetisisland.net, but if we haven't acknowledged it within a few days, give one of us a call - email isn't infallible.

Carol at 250 246 4042 or Veronica at 250 246 1509.

And thank you!

Memories of Beth Bolster Tea

A reminder that on Friday afternoon, October 26, 2018 between 2-4pm an informal gathering will be held in the library in memory of Beth Bolster.

Tea will be served and those inclined are welcome to bring some goodies to to share. Hopefully we will hear stories which will span Beth’s 40+ years living on Thetis Island. If you are inclined to write them out that will be wonderful.

We will be forwarding any cards and notes to Ken and his family.
