TIVFD ~ Dinner Catering Contract

The TIVFD is now accepting expressions of interest for the TIVFD Annual Appreciation Dinner catering contract.  Dinner this year will be held on Saturday,  November 9th, at Forbes Hall.  E-mail Alex Rozewicz (no phone calls please) at holmpt@telus.net by April 2nd, 2013. 

We will require appetizers before dinner at the meet & mingle, a starter course, a main course, and desert with coffee service.  The usual format has been a buffet for the main course and the rest is plated.  However, we are open to new suggestions.  There are usually 60 attendees and we have a budget for $25/person.  Include in your expression of interest a sample menu.

We will review all expressions of interest for the catering contract during the first week of April and contact the winning caterer.  Please make your interest known to us by April 2nd.
