Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 7:32PM Thetis Islanders will be sad to hear that after a bad case of pneumonia, Phoebe passed away peacefully at the Cowichan District Hospital, Thursday night, April 4th. Friends, relatives and loved ones were at her bedside for her last day and night.
Funeral arrangements will be posted early next week and interment will take place in St. Margaret's Cemetery later in the month.
