Yoga ~ November 20th

Sonya will be teaching Thursday and then she is going to take a hiatus from teaching for the next 3 months and Dawn will be returning to teach on Tuesday's and Thursday's for the next 3 months. 

Come on out and give it a try - we have budding yogis and yogini's from 3 to 91!
