Welcome to the first Community Dinner of Fall 2015

Forbes Hall ~ Saturday October 24th ~ 6PM (later start following ThINC's AGM)

All are welcome.  Tickets $25 per person.  (Children's portions $13.00 ages 3 thru 10)

Our group of Thetis Island cooks is looking forward to preparing a memorable meal for you.

Menu

Starter ~ Mushroom Tart

Salad ~ Roasted Pear Salad with maple balsamic vinaigrette

Main ~ choice of either:

Herb Crusted Pork Loin with mustard cream sauce

or

Quinoa Stuffed Squash 

Both mains come with sides of roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert ~ Dark Chocolate Lava Cakes with raspberry coulis & a dollop of whipped cream
