Close to the community trail for easy access to community center & a doable daily walk to the ferry. 

Space for gardening & small hobby farm activities available.

Rent is $850 per month or $800 per month with yearly lease signed.

Hydro, phone, internet, wood for stove & garbage fees are in addition to the rent.
