Dining Out ~ Thetis Style

On Thursday evening, an amazing group of people pulled off an outstanding event to fundraise for TICA & TICF.  A dinner for 12 was offered for Auction at the recent Summer Soiree, and neatly cleared $1300; this was destined to be a great night. 

Decorating Forbes Hall with layers of eastern carpets, lux pashminas, beautiful table settings, and discreet lighting created an elegant venue. The 12 guests were served a nine-course tasting menu with accompanying wines. 

I'd like to publicly thank Don Sinclair, Kathleen Thompson, Peggy Thompson, Helen Bird, Nicole Chiasson, Anne Marie Koeppen, Charlotte Verborgh, Sheila Dickie, and Carol Sowerby for making it such a memorable evening.
