Community Dinner ~ February 20th

Welcome to the first Community Dinner of 2016

Forbes Hall ~ Saturday February 20th ~ 6PM 

All are welcome.  Tickets $25 per person.  (Children's portions $13.00 ages 3 thru 10)

Our group of Thetis Island cooks is looking forward to preparing a memorable meal for you.

Menu

Starter ~ Butternut Squash & Apple Phyllo sour cream, bacon

Salad ~ Robust Winter Green Salad lemon Dijon vinaigrette

Dinner Rolls

Main ~ choice of either:

Pork Tenderloin red cabbage with apple

or

Eggplant Gratin (vegetarian)

Both mains come with sides of seasonal vegetables.

Dessert ~ French Apple Pie Bourbon sauce, homemade vanilla ice cream
