4 Sale at Jollity FARM From our friends Fiona and Steve Thiessen at Shiloh Forest Farm, we are proud to partner up again and offer you some of their very fine products. Taste the difference of locally grown, happy, healthy animals!

100% Pasture Raised Beef born and raised in a closed herd on Vancouver Island, these 100% grass fed, free range cattle are raised with no antibiotics or hormones. Professionally cut, wrapped, and frozen at a federally licensed slaughterhouse facility, after 21 days hanging time. Selection is limited so please email us for prices and availability.

Berkshire/Tamworth Pork: raising animals ethically, sustainably and naturally is always a priority at Shiloh Forest Farm, and their pork is no exception! Professionally cut, wrapped, cured and frozen at a federally license slaughterhouse facility. Pork is available "by the cut", so please contact us for the price list and available cuts. 

Yorkshire Pork by the Side Happy, pasture-raised, non-GMO grain finished pigs available by the side for $4.50/lb hanging weight, plus processing fees. *Pigs may be processed in a licensed slaughterhouse or whole pigs may be pre-purchased by individuals or groups and butchered 'on farm' by a licensed and experienced 'free-range butcher' for the most humane option. Contact us for more info about pig weights, pricing for processing, sausage options (all gluten-free) and old-fashioned curing (without nitrates)
