Recent unfortunate unforeseen circumstances leave my son Mike Latte needing to find accommodation in Victoria by May 1st or before:

Single male, ideal tenant, responsible, helpful, very quiet, no smoking, no pets, no need for parking. Short term or long term, bachelor or one bedroom, 6 mo or one year lease. Limited fixed income on long term disability. Thank you
