Starter:

A platter of fresh veggies, dips, Moroccan humus, Quinoa, cheese, ham, braised black eye peas, & flat breads.as well as colourful and flavourful home baked vegan vegetable buns with compound butter or EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and Balsamic dip.

Main:

A choice of hearty pulled pork slowly braised in banana leaves or shredded chicken delicately poached in coconut milk and exotic spices. Vegetarians can enjoy slowly roasted medley of vegetables.

All options will be served over coconut rice, flavourful beans, accompanied by roasted plantains, paired with the freshness of Jicama and green apple coleslaw.

Dessert:

African kids love French Toast, so we dare to offer a richly infused brioche toast accompanied banana caramelized in Canadian Maple syrup, fresh fruit compote and Crème Chantilly.
