Treat yourself this Victoria Day weekend to 'Pure Green Gold of Thetis', a beautiful gourmet soup chef Natasha Gousseva has created with asparagus grown on Thetis by local farmer Jean Ensminger.

You can find it at jollity FARM this Saturday and Sunday, 10 am- 1pm:  $18.50/800ml of delicious local goodness. 'Pure Green Gold of Thetis' is dairy-free and vegan.
