Solar Energy Information Session

Don't miss out on the solar energy community information session at the Nature House at the Portal (former Camp Columbia) on Friday from 9-11 a.m. Steve Unger from Viridian Energy Cooperative (www.viridianenergy.ca) will be presenting the latest information and options for home and community solar energy systems. There are still spaces for 30 minute home consultations on Saturday afternoon. If you are interested in a consultation at your home, contact Maureen Loiselle 250-246-2184.

Directions: Follow the signage on North Cove Rd (beyond Forbes Rd), left through the gate and down the long driveway to the designated parking area by Heneage House. The Nature House is a short walk from there.  Those with mobility issues are welcome to drive down to the Nature House. Stay right instead of left at the parking sign and follow the road to the water, staying left where there is a choice . Please drive slowly to keep the dust down.

Hope to see you Friday for a most illuminating session.
