1st Event of the Forbes Hall Fundraising Campaign ~ Community Dinner ~ February 24th

Join us for a dinner with friends and neighbours as we gather at Forbes Hall for a late winter meal.  We have created 2 different menus to choose from, as well as a child’s menu.

At this event, we will run through our plans for the campaign, and will be there to answer any questions about the expansion.  However the main intent is to join with family, friends & neighbours to celebrate our loving community.

Reservation cut-off is February 18th.  Call us if you need to add in someone after the 18th   We’ll see if we can fit them in.   

Pricing (pay at the door):          

$25 per person (11 yrs & older)

By donation children 5 yrs through 10 yrs           

Under 5 yrs free

Dinner will be served at 6:30PM.  If you’d like to reserve a table for eight, or for a group of four or more to sit together, please let Ann know, and we will try to accommodate your wishes!

Chicken version: roasted chicken thigh with biscuit & gravy

Vegetarian version: red lentil curry with roasted butternut squash

Both versions are served with rice & vegetable.

Coffee & Tea Bar

There will be a no-host bar at this event, for you to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.

Soft beverages will also be available.

We ask that if you find you cannot attend after the cut-off to either find someone to take your place, or contribute your Ticket price/s to the Fundraising Campaign.  Thanks.
