Young Couple Looking to Buy on Thetis

Young couple searching for our forever home. Are you thinking about selling but haven’t had the courage to list yet? We are looking for a little piece of heaven to call our own. Is it a lot? Already built house? Our only stipulation is we are searching for is a pretty ocean view, bonus points for waterfront.
