Broken Links on the Community Websites

It's come to my attention that there was a broken link on the Community page of thetisisland.net, left over from an earlier incarnation, so that people couldn't find the Community Association Constitution and Bylaws.

My apologies - please, if you find a link that doesn't work on any of the websites, let the webmaster know. There is a "Contact" link on all these websites that will get you to the person who manages that site. 

In the case of the TICA site, the information is undoubtedly still available, but it has been moved and I've forgotten to change all the links on all the pages where they might occur.
