Wanted: Yard & Gutter Cleanup & Roof Moss Removal

Looking for someone who would like a few hours work on the following tasks:

Cleanup/moving and piling up of dead branches and other material in yard around cabin to reduce fire risk. Job would be suitable for a student labourer. Probably 8-10 hours work.

Ladder/roof cleanup work. Removal of moss and cleanup of material on gutter screens afterwards. Safety-minded and experience required. Usually takes me a total of 4-6 hours. 

I will be available to view/discuss either/both projects Tuesday afternoon July 23rd at ~2pm.
