Yoga with Tatiana this Fall

Classes start Monday, September 16.

I am offering a series of 6 yoga classes before my departure for India this fall.

Space is limited - please contact me to reserve your space.

Mondays, September 16 to October 28 (no class October 14)

5:45 to 7 pm

Spirit Healing Lodge at 77 Pilkey Point Rd.

By donation/pay what you can.

Drop-in possible, space permitting.

Everyone welcome. Postures can be modified to accommodate/honour your needs/injuries.

Walk, ride your bike or ride-share.

Parking in the driveway.
