Training Wheels and Oars Wanted

The title says it all. I'm looking to purchase training wheels for my daughter's new birthday bike and a set of oars. 

Walker Bay with the wooden shaft and plastic paddle would be ideal, but if you have a wooden set, those would possibly work. 

I have one but other is broken.
