Wood Chips & More for People’s Apothecary

Hello Thetis Islanders,

ThINCpod is hard at work in The People's Apothecary! The People's Apothecary is the sister project to the Thetis Island Food Mosaic (food map).  This space is generously shared by Carolyn Askew, a member of the Habitat Farm Co-op, and will be set up on her land alongside other coop growing and animal raising initiatives. The medicinal garden will offer a wide variety of herbs and other plants to address the needs and desires of the community.

We are well on our way, but we need help from our local residents! We're hoping to receive donations of: newspaper, cardboard, and wood chip mulch, which will be used on the path within the Apothecary.
