Extreme Hazard
Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10:56AM Monday morning is the last day of “early shift” for hazardous activities: Chainsawing, mowing, chipping, blasting, splitting, grinding etc. with gas/diesel powered equipment. You must shut down at 11:00 a.m. and Post a fire watch for two hours.
After Monday there can be no hazardous activities until three days after we drop from EXTREME to HIGH HAZARD again and early shift activities can resume. We will post when this occurs.
A reminder to make sure you don’t park your vehicle on tall grass...the catalytic converter is often a culprit of grass fires igniting vehicle fires igniting brush and forest fires.
