The Milk Run is Back!

We are resuming our regular home grocery and local food delivery program
this Friday.
Confirm your grocery orders with us by Thursday at noon for pick up from
Superstore and 49th.

LOCAL DAIRY
If your standing order for milk and yogurt is the same as usual, then no
need to confirm.
If you'd like to change your order this week, orders are due by 5pm
today (Monday)

BAGELS
Bagels and Cream Cheese are available for on-farm pick up this Saturday.
Dozen $10 - Sesame, Multigrain, Poppyseed, Multigrain, Everything, Plain
Cheese: Sm 4.75 Lg 5.75 - Sundried tomato, Lox, Cilantro Supreme, Basil
Garlic, Honey Vanilla, Plain

ORGANIC BREAD & BAKING
Anything available on the True Grain website is available for on-farm
pickup Fri. night or Saturday morning.
Refer to previous lists, or email us to request an updated copy.
Orders due Tuesday by 4pm.

SPROUTS
Need some fresh greens after holiday treats?
50 g and 100 g single variety and mixed packs. Some community favourites
are: Radish, Sunflower, Wellness Blend, Salad Blend, Sunshine Mix,
Inspiration Mix, Pea Shoots (plus almost any other variety you can think
of!). Orders due Tuesday by 4pm.
