Thetis Island Improvement District 2020 Financial Statements

At a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Thetis Island Improvement District on May 4th the consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31st, 2020, were approved. The entire audit package is now up on the TIID site at: http://www.thetisislandfire.ca/tiid-financial.html

Highlights of the audit are:

• Maintenance, Operations and Administration were under budget by: $23,180.
• Capital Projects were under budget by: $5,718
• The Capital Works (savings) Account increased by $63,202 to $289,834.
