New Stop Line for Thetis Ferry
Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 8:43AM Recently BC Ferries painted a new white stop line at the top of the first hill up from the trestle. Additionally, they painted what looks like crosswalk hash marks where the old line used to be, and a dotted white line to delineate the ferry line from the traffic lane. All this was an effort to make it safer for the large groups of campers disembarking to Capernwray.
BC Ferries plans to put a new stop sign beside the new white stop line in the near future.
