Yoga with Karen - 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Thursday, 12th August, Forbes Hall
Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:29AM Hello everyone,
Thank you all so much for your generous donations towards Forbes Hall, so kind of you. I am really enjoying teaching you and getting to know you all.
Come to Yoga on Thursday evening, and enjoy a cool, slow flow after a beautifully hot sunny day. Bring your mat and any props you may need, a cushion is great for sitting on as well as for padding for your knees.
All classes are by donation, pay what you can when you can.
love,
Karen
