YOGA WITH KAREN TONIGHT - 6:30pm - 7:30pm, THURSDAY, 26th August, @ Forbes Hall

Hi everyone,

Looking forward to seeing you all this evening for a slow, flow Yoga class, all classes by donation going towards Forbes Hall.

Please note the new protocols to be followed, as posted by Ann Dickie:

Wear a mask anywhere in the hall (all Common Areas) excluding the room you are using for your activity.  Consider hallways, washrooms, the beverage station, care station, library etc. as “Common Areas”.
Wear masks when not actively participating, i.e. sitting out, waiting your turn, etc.

See you tonight,
Love,
Karen
