Yoga with Karen - Both In-Person & Live Feed Class - 9:45am -10:45am, Thursday, 30th September, @ Forbes Hall

Looking forward to seeing you all either in class or in the Zoom room Thursday morning @ 9:45am.  

If you are driving, please can you park outside on the road, in preparation for the Community Gathering being held outside starting at 11am.

If you wish to attend the zoom room, please email me for the private link.  The zoom room will open about 10 mins before class begins. 

Proof of vaccination is required, all donations going towards Forbes Hall, you can pay either with cash or via e-transfer, thank you all.
