A Safety Reminder as We Age (& at any age)

To avoid trips and falls during the night please consider installing a night light in your hallways and above any staircases. As we age, our eyesight in the night may not be optimum. Getting up too quickly can lower the blood pressure for a few seconds. This can cause us to slip, trip, misstep and otherwise taunt fate for a fall. The night lights are inexpensive, and you can even find automatic ones that only light up as you approach.
